I work with adolescents and women through some of life’s most tender and transformative seasons — from the identity-shaping years of high school, to stepping into adulthood after college, to navigating the profound shifts of pregnancy and motherhood. These moments can feel overwhelming, exciting, disorienting, and beautiful all at once.

At Golden Hour Therapy, we believe in honoring the space between who you are and who you are becoming: the in-between place where real growth happens. My role as your therapist is to walk alongside you in your golden hour, helping you regain your footing, confidence, and authentic self.
